I improved customer experience, modernized the key visual and future-proofed the layout with lots of sections’ variations for web pages, landing pages & emails. Joolca team can re-use them as they see fit in upcoming years. I also updated the support center and added subtle interactions.

To understand a unique (for me) target group,
